Hi Gents, Thanks for your messages! It's quite daunting being a mum again & I certainly feel older than my 37yrs atm.

As you know normally we'd have 3 or 4 of us avail most days but with me being in a "delicate" condition I'm organising the rota to accommodate as much as I'm able.

It's never as easy as just getting someone in to do phones either. With us being structured as we are & as conscientious with the standard of our incall It's quite different to what I've encountered elsewhere.
