January blues?

With the constant bombardment from the news, the dark nights & everything else can't blame anyone for feeling fed up. We have always recognised the benefits a good laugh has on us psychologically & physically. Humans are NOT solitary creatures. Isolation is of course a well documented means of torture & has successfully sent many prisoners insane throughout history. Exercise & sexual pleasure both known for boosting endorphins & also increasing our natural immunity (certainly handy in the winter months to know!)

So there's our top tips to beat January into submission 😁 so don't worry, be happy! Xx
